At Karya, I lead efforts in building community-owned AI technologies and oversee PaaS projects that empower global AI teams and startups. I also contribute to fundraising and outreach, supporting strategic collaborations and grant applications. I also worked as Chief of Staff to the CEO, working closely with the leadership team to advance the company's mission and strategy. I also directed a social media marketing campaign that led to Karya being featured on the cover of TIME magazine, a moment that felt truly gratifying :)
 

I previously worked at Microsoft as a Research Fellow awardee, where I focused on educational psychology and HCI4D. My most recent project at Microsoft Research investigated whether K–12 teachers interact with technology in a meaningful way to improve their metacognitive abilities.
